What is balloon twisting?

Balloon twisting is taking specially made latex balloons and crafting them in to animals, hats, costumes, full size statues, pretty much anything you can imagine. There are no limits to what can be made. Balloon twisters are part entertainers, part artists.

What do I need a balloon twister for?

A balloon twister can add a distinct flavor to your party, carnival, street festival, charity event, dance or corporate function. The only prerequisite to hiring a balloon twister is a sense of imagination.

How did I get into balloon twisting?

When I was but a wee tyke, my father, a pediatric PA, experimented by twisting balloons for my childhood birthday parties. Most of his attempts at twisting, weren’t exactly blue ribbon balloon sculptures. They did however spark an interest and appreciation of balloons for me. Twenty years later, I made friends with an area twister and they began teaching me the craft.
